Can I get a refund if I change my
mind about going, or some other problem prevents me from travelling? |

The only payment we can refund is
your initial deposit. Once we start pre-paying for
accommodation and other activities we cannot make refunds.
Please note we require all travellers to take out travel insurance, which can provide
relief in many of these situations. |

Will we be able to paint if the
weather is not good? |
| |
Yes, you will certainly be able to
paint if it's raining. In hot weather it can depend to some
extent on your own health or physical condition. We choose
times of the year when the weather should be mild, but there can
always be surprises! |

Can I have a room to myself in the
villa? |
| |
It can be organised. The price
is higher for a single room. Contact us for details. |

Where do I fly to in Italy, and
how do I get from there to the villa in Tuscany? |

The two main airports are Rome and
Milan. If you arrive in Rome we will meet you and escort you
to the villa by bus (additional cost applies). If you are
coming from elsewhere we will assist with
directions. |

Can I do my own thing if I don't
feel like joining the group? |
| |
Yes of course. It is your
holiday, and you can choose to do your own thing as long as it does
not inconvenience any other participants. Note however that
activities included in the tour are pre-committed and credits can
not be given for non-participation. You will be liable for the
cost of any alternative activities you choose to undertake.
For example, if you choose to go for your own dinner or breakfast,
you will need to cover the cost yourself. |

There are two ways Jana can help you.
Workshops and classes will be available, or Jana can send you some written materials to help you
practise by yourself. |

Not if you are happy to work with the
materials mentioned in the
preparation
page. |

Do I need to have lots of painting
experience? |

No. The main thing you need is
the ability to have a good time, and enjoy your painting experience. |

Is there any follow-up after the
tour? |

Yes. If you would like to
continue painting with Jana you can join her art classes, or she can
visit your art group and run some workshops. Everyone on the
tour will
be encouraged to participate in an exhibition of work from the
tour. |
