They run over one to two days and are a perfect start to your artistic and creative future. The aim of the Art Club is to give you the opportunity to work in a professional artist’s studio, in the company of others, and work on your own pieces of art with the help and guidance of Jana. Your confidence to paint alone will be an advantage but help will always be at hand should you need instruction and advice along the way.
What better way to spend an evening with some arty friends and like-minded interesting people, and learn a new skill. If you are a regular at these sessions you will enjoy another great evening of sketching and music with us. If you have never attended a life class before come along and enjoy the company, atmosphere and fab music. Jana is there to give you a helping hend if needed.
To learn from someone with many years of practical experience is what you are looking for! These one-hour intensive sessions are suited for beginners or advance artists. They are designed to give you the knowledge and techniques to improve and master your art projects. Jana will explain and demonstrate what is needed for your project and make sure you can implicate it and practice it in your own time.
These sessions are designed to give you an opportunity to learn and practice portraiture with a life model under the tuition of Jana (2017 Lester Prize winner). The two hour long sittings are broken into three segments to allow for model to rest, and Jana will provide you with personal assistance should you need it during the class.
Power art coaching for youth 13-17 years old. These blocks of 5 sessions are running during the school terms. Jana focuses on teaching and improving the skills in traditional and contemporary approaches to art. Exploring different techniques of drawing and painting, using watercolours, pastels, acrylics and oils.
